I am Anmari Meiring, a social worker and founder of Chavah Therapeutic Services. I graduated with an honors degree in Social Work from the University of Stellenbosch. I am currently specializing as a social worker in the medical field. Previous experience as a social worker within the child protection system, as well as experience within the healthcare setting, enables me to apply my skills in social work by showing and living unconditional, sacrificial, and intentional love. I value trusting relationships with people as a priority. I am a team player who believes by identifying everyone’s strengths – we can work together as a team to bring about change and create hope. I am very passionate about working within a multi-disciplinary team and to work together in order to create hope and change the lives of our youth/adolescents and their families. It is such a massive privilege to be part of the most private and vulnerable moments of families and to be able to support them through difficult times.
